Hi all,<br><br>I have a requirement:<br><br>Calls arrive my Asterisk server, and are forward to Call queues.<br><br>Currently i would like that my callers instead of just listenning Music on Hold they could listen an IVR with questions and answers, while they stay in queue.
<br>This way i could have users that find their answers without arriving at my agents, and also keep them interested while they wait in queue.<br><br>Is there any project or some one who has done this before?<br><br>Any tips?
