I got it to work by setting all the lineKeys settings to 1 and filling out reg.1,reg.2, and reg.3 all separately, but I did not fill out any of the servier info so I don't override what's in sip.conf.<br><br>Thanks for your help,

I tried filling in all the fields, and still no dice. What do you have for lineKeys for reg.1? I set it to 2, so I could have 1 free for the other extension. The phone just doesn't seem to be making any requests for the new extension.
