hardware cost/installation difference? what skill sets do you have internally to
install maintain? do you have a need for customisation/application development

size=2>do you require remote users? multiple handset vendors? outlook
integration etc? </FONT></DIV></DIV>

better way t go for you instead of legacy nortel equipment.</DIV>
