most astcc billing issues i searched refer to the case when no billing occurs at

subsequent minute does not count for billing.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>In my iax.conf i entered the "notransfer = yes" but
nothing changed.</FONT></DIV>
