flash key on my analog phone (connected to SPA-2002), Asterisk does not display
this info. I believe that Asterisk is either not receiving the hook flash
from the Sipura or the Sipura is intercepting it and not passing it to the
Asterisk box. I have call waiting on my PSTN line, and I cannot flash the
