<P>How to measure the time when i click hold button on softphone. i need to save the time when user choice hold call </P>
<P>for example: when user answer the call, the time is: 13:37:35 PM, after that, user choice hold call (time: 13:37:37 PM), then release hold call button (13:18:00 PM).</P>
<P>the hold time will be: 23 sec. how to record that time to database?</P>
