The entire sales pitch is based on making the customer believe that they are lucky to have been offered the opportunity to beome a Norvergence customer as they are extremely selective. If any technical question where to come up, he was trained to let them know that they where not selected to be part of the program and to move on quickly.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
