<DIV>Press *1 to start whisper to the local leg of the call () [i.e. admin/s wants to guide the local agent] and *1 again to stop whispering.</DIV>
<DIV>Press *2 to talk with both local leg and remote client (i.e conferencing)</DIV>
<DIV>Press *3 to takeover the call and start talking with the remote client directly, and the agent gets hangup tone.</DIV>
