The 13.7 branch is created and used as part of the release process. Tags 
are made from it. As a result of this it may change but if you use the 
tags the information will be there.

To get 13.7.0 you would use:

https://github.com/asterisk/asterisk/blob/13.7.0/asterisk-13.7.0-summary.html

And for 13.7.1:

https://github.com/asterisk/asterisk/blob/13.7.1/asterisk-13.7.1-summary.html
