Of course I read this page, but it does NOT work so...
Right now I got it, using a new structure:

/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/de/
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/de/digits
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/de/letters
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/de/phonetics

and it works...
