[asterisk-users] hep_queue_cb: Error [1] while sending packet to HEPv3 server: Operation not permitted

Are you actually using a HEP server to capture sip traffic?  If not, just
disable hep in hep.conf or add noload statements in modules.conf for
res_hep, res_hep_pjsip and res_hep_rtcp.
