In our local tests, we have seen no special issues regarding SIP registration when updating to 11.7.0.

Can you reproduce the issue on a separate virtual machine with just one extension and a separate install of Elastix updated to asterisk-11.7.0 ?
If at all possible, can you reproduce the issue on a physical machine with Elastix installed?
