What Dial command are you referring to? There are no instanced of the 'Dial' or 'Answer' app in any of your examples. Did you read Richard's comment about SendText only being valid during an active call? I think he hit the nail on the head. If you're not running 'Dial' or 'Answer' then this isn't going to work.
