[asterisk-users] dahdi-tools 2.8.0-rc4 - udev rules not installed?

This is why we love release candidate feedback! Thanks! I've managed to
mis-tag rc4 and missed all of Oron's commits.

Cutting a v2.7.0.2 and a (correct) v2.8.0-rc5 today.
