Hi,

I managed to get this working on a brand new system, I suspect there was something strange going on on my test environment. Just using ices and a custom asterisk-ices.xml file did the trick.

There's an example using Ices here:

Search for "Streaming the conference".

I'm not sure there is a better way that Ices; I think it's a pretty cool way.
