I think if we were to go to VoIP phones, one thing that we would have to consider very highly in a phone would be that they have VLAN settings and a built-in Ethernet hub/switch so that we can just inject it into the user's computer LAN connection.  The cost and time of rewiring some of these locations is not something we're comfortable with doing.
