I use res_ldap.conf to connect lync server by ldap ebfore.
For auth in lync server .
The username in res_lap.conf cannot use format "cn=xx,dc=xxx" .
It should use format username=xxxx at xxxxx and passwd.
Then lync server can auth you .
I try before and it work in asterisk 1.8.11
