[asterisk-users] Running Asterisk on VMware ESX

It seems like much of the problem with virtualizing Asterisk is getting it to interface with DAHDI cards.  Is that correct?  As I'm not planning on using such cards (I'm only interfacing with our broadband connection), would this make virtualizing more feasible?

And, trying this last week with a Digium T110P kept failing with HDLC errors on D channel.  Tried it under ESXi 5.  Ended up moving to a real box.
