The following is a sample of the issues resolved in this release:

* --- Fixes deadlocks occuring in chan_agent ---
  (Closes issue ASTERISK-19285. Reported by: Alex Villacis Lasso)

* --- Ensure entering T.38 passthrough does not cause an infinite loop ---
  (Closes issue ASTERISK-18951. Reported-by: Kristijan Vrban)
