[asterisk-users] Major changes between 1.4/1.6.1.8/10?

Perhaps someone with too much time on their hands could parse the CHANGES
files and make a nice spreadsheet/PDF that puts all of the changes into a
chart form?

The UPGRADE.txt and CHANGES files do just that.  They have been a part of
the Asterisk source files for a long time.
