[asterisk-users] Unable to create channel of type 'IAX2' (cause 20 - Unknown)

I don't understand.
"Home_server" is registered to "clinic_server"

syscon7*CLI> iax2 show peers
Name/Username Host Mask Port Status
clinic_server (null) (D) 255.255.255.255 0 Unmonitored
teliax 8.14.120.23 (S) 255.255.255.255 4569 OK (78 ms)
iaxy-322/iaxy-3 10.0.0.108 (D) 255.255.255.255 4569 Unmonitored

and even though the "Host" shows no IP_address, when I ring extension on the remote host "clinic-server" that phone is ringing on the remote asterisk.
Remote server "clinic-server" does not show any IP_address under "Host" (iax2 show peers) but when somebody call "home-server" extension my phone is ringing.
So this way it works.
But why there is no "IP_address" under "Host" I DON'T know.
How to run "register" from a command line?

The only way it is not working working when I call from "Home_server" to "clinic-server" and back to "Home_server"
