If you mean cloud as in Amazon/Rackspace, then my own trial experience only
showed I was right to be skeptical: not having full control over the
resources (servers), there might come a time when somebody else`s process is
taking priority over yours.  Which means unreliable voice quality, etc.

Clouds are great for things that can slow down once in a while, like web
servers, emails, etc.  Voice packets, not so much.
