[asterisk-users] call being rejected

You can try changing the priority of

'1104' =>         1. Goto(smvoice-mediaport-public-address,s,1) [pbx_config]

tp this

'1104' =>         2. Goto(smvoice-mediaport-public-address,s,1) [pbx_config]
