I didn't think it was possible if the endpoints, or Asterisk was behind a NAT.  Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

I want to build an architecture with client behind NAT without VPN.
With can reinvite, the RTP doesn't go directly, I have something like one way audio.

I like VPN tunnels. They give you a flat network topology and decent
security.
