[asterisk-users] Converged phones; akin to SwitchVox ?

Been looking at SwitchVox and how it handles mobility using virtual extensions. Does somebody have any examples on how this can be achieved with Asterisk ? I have Bria on my Android and it would be nice if I could get my office phone and/or cell to ring.
