The beautiful thing about open source software is that the instant Centos 6 became available, Asterisk was available to run on it.

Download [1], ./configure, make, make install, make samples. You're set.

Now if you're asking specifically about RPM's available for C6, the official Digium repo's do not have them yet. [2]
