[asterisk-users] Music on Hold not working?

MOH plays the default class unless specified by a channel variable to play a different one. In queues.conf you can specify the MOH class on a queue by queue basis, but that's the hold music for someone waiting to be answered. Once an agent answers, if they put someone on hold they'll be put into the default MOH class unless a channel variable is specified beforehand.
