Tried that, not possible to play a sound file and prompt users to enter a
number. Is there a way to revive the channel?

Hi,

In ACD queue, is it possible for the agent to take some actions when the
caller hangs up? For example, to let the agent to enter some numbers for
accounting purpose.

Thanks,

Not the greatest solution, but you could use the system command to call the
agent back from the h extension.
