Hi,

Have u tried NAT(Network Address Translation Settings)  ?.

place the following setting on SIP account.

nat=yes
externip=nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn
; externhost=<mydomain address>­
localnet=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
externrefresh=10
