[asterisk-users] .call files in /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing

 Hello,

Check if file is owned by "asterisk" user.
Also, don't directly create in to /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/
Create in somewhere else first and then move file to outgoing folder.
