[asterisk-users] [IAX] Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)

Unfortunatelly that doesn't change anything. I got exactly the same error
("Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)" ... ).
I did a "dialplan reload" before testing of course.
