I guess 1 out of 3 isn't too bad...

Depending on the version of Asterisk...

All you need to do is (older versions) either change 'bindport = 5060' to 
'bindport = 5061' or add 'bindport = 5061' to sip.conf.

Or (newer versions) change (or add) udpbindaddr and/or tcpbindaddr and 
append ':5061'
