I imagine this will result in a dahdi-linux 2.4.1.2 release here next week,
which will then most likely get rolled into the AsteriskNow RPMS sometime
after that.

No. RHEL 6 is based on the 2.6.32 kernel and dev_name was first defined in the
mainline in 2.6.26. So this particular issue will not affect RHEL-6.
