Yes, I do have that install.
root at shirley:/var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin# dpkg -l | grep -i openssl
ii openssl 0.9.8k-7ubuntu8.6 Secure Socket Layer (SSL) binary and related
ii python-openssl 0.10-1 Python wrapper around the OpenSSL library
ii ssl-cert 1.0.23ubuntu2 simple debconf wrapper for OpenSSL
