Where ever the MixMonitor recording is done add in the  ${CHANNEL} 
variable to the filename parameter. Or even add in the line below to the 
context that contains Dial(QueueName).

For example:

exten => 
s,n,MixMonitor(*${CHANNEL}-${TIMESTAMP}-${UNIQUEID}-${CALLERID(num)}.wav49)
