As long as your qualify is set high enough that the phone doesn't become
"Unavailable" then your only real worry is if RTP is also experiencing lag,
which I highly doubt since your ping times are almost nothing.

It is bothersome as an admin, but just realize that it is what it is.  Trust
the ping times for network latency and show peers for a quick
connectivity/registration check.
