So this time it is crond that invoked oom-killer...
I've had this since I commented out this in /etc/asterisk/logger.conf :
exec_after_rotate=gzip -9 ${filename}.2
Whenever I do a "logger rotate" on the Asterisk CLI, the CLI hangs...
