Which version of asterisk are you running?

Older versions allowed for an AGI to be called when the queued call got connected with an agent.

"core show application queue"

Queue(queuename[|options[|URL][|announceoverride][|timeout][|AGI])

The optional AGI parameter will setup an AGI script to be executed on the calling party's channel once they are connected to a queue member.

Newer versions allow for either an AGI or a macro.
