Thanks for your answer!  but i am not use zaptel device card to
connect to PSTN but use Mediant 2000 - AudioCodes to connect
to PSTN. so i can't change Zapata.conf  file to add something like

busydetect=yes
busycount=3


In this situation how should i do?
