Do you have an echo cancelling module attached to that board? If so, all you need is to set echocancel=yes and echocancelwhenbridged=no on your chan_dahdi.conf. If you don't... well you should!

Anyway, you can turn on the echocancelling via software with echocancel=256. I strongly recommend using OSLEC in that case. You'll need to patch your DAHDI in order to use it, but it's totally worth it.
