i consuleted didforsale.com regarding the wholesale thing and their response was that you should buy a bulk of numbers and make your own api.. one more thing.. if you are in the USA ..be sure to start your FCC registration (if you don't have it yet) because it can be a disaster for US companies providing DID numbers to US citizens without FCC license.
