0) A better "subject" may attract the interest of someone with relevant 
experience. "Contacting" means nothing.

1) More details will yield better responses. What version of Asterisk? 
1.6+ has the new "confbridge" feature that may be of use. I'm a 1.2 
Luddite, so I can't tell you more about it.
