Looking at the notes in the link you reference and the ChangeLog for 1.6.2.9-rc1 
shown here:

http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/asterisk/ChangeLog-1.6.2.9-rc1

you can see that it will be in Asterisk 1.6.2.9.
