You can try this
[agi_test]
exten => 123,1,Answer();
exten => 123,n,noop(${CALLERID(num)})
exten => 123,n,set(IP_FOR_AGI=192.168.127.58)
exten =>123,n,Agi(agi://${IP_FOR_AGI}/com.package.ClassName)
