Turn on "pri debug" and you see what's sent to you. I am guessing wildly here, but it seems like something you are receiving from the far end that Asterisk PRI/Dahdi libraries fail to understand. I'm sure some ISDN freaks out there would love to see what's going on and explain it to you, as I love those SIP debugs :-)
