Iptables would be the right place, though.

Still: Look at 'permit'/'deny' in sip.conf, or use dialplan magic to 
check on IP addresses (f.e. SIPCHANINFO, SIPPEER). 
And of course have a look at 'bindaddress' in sip.conf.
