i havent spent that much time with asterisk lately, but still wanted
to gather information on how to initiate a call:

1) fact
what i know which is possible:
- via call-file
- via (sip)-client
- AGI

2) desired
 - URL
--> is this possbile?



3) others
--> whats missing here?
