when i make "chkconfig httpd on" and "chkconfig asterisk on"

with chkconfig --list i found

httpd 0:off 1:off 2:on 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off
asterisk 0:off 1:off 2:on 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off

the 0,1, and 6 are OFF just the 2,3,4,5 are ON ,
and when i reboot the server i found that the service httpd is off with
command "service httpd status" and service asterisk status

please advice

Best Regards,
