[asterisk-users] OT - How to blacklist a driver in /etc/modprobe.d without reboot [SOLVED]

Using "modprobe -r hfc4s8s_l1" made it.
But I would still be curious to find a more efficient method (not involving
any parsing of /etc/modprobe.d/myfile.conf file).
