[asterisk-users] Calls drop after 20 seconds

Hi all,

This issue is giving me a lot of grief with my customers. I have 5
asterisk servers running in production, each one with almost 70
simultaneous calls at peak hour. Most of my customers complain that
their calls drop after 20 seconds or so.

After running through my cdr's, I see that the number of 20 second
calls is MUCH larger than any other number. (see below)

I am running Asterisk 1.6.1.14 on Debian Lenny. My servers are Dell
Power Edge 1950. I use canreinvite=no, and all of my servers are on
public IP's. All of my customers use Grandstream GXW4004 telephony
adapters.

It is a hard issue to debug because it does not happen always. I will
try to obtain a sip trace from a dropped call, but until then, any
pointers, opinions or even guesses would be much appreciated!!

Thanks in advance,

Alex
